Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at REVIVE WELL TAHOE.

Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 5 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 2 hours will not receive a refund.
